OUR WORK

The Dorchester brewery was started back in 2020 and continued for 10 months, the aim of the project was to return the building to a shell leaving only external brick work for the rebuild of 40 flats. 

Weymouth Brewery is a historical building located in Weymouth Quay. We first started in December 2022 and still ongoing to this day. We have soft stripped the building, tanks have been removed along with floors, stairs and roofs

Lynden court is a recent project undertaken, we demolish the large hotel along with two bungalows using on our 21 tonne excavator. 

Large commercial building was demolished by hand leaving only steals and concrete base in situ.

• Site clearance

The existing church building on the site was demolished and cleared to make way for a new building to be used by the church to be developed on the existing site.

The glass façade at the avenue centre was removed by hand, operative worked from the safety scaffold to remove each glass panel exposing the external bricks. 

A row of 12-14 shops demolished in Boscombe, we used two of our 21 tonne excavators to complete this project. 

Ferry bridges was a large public house, we demolished this building using one of our 21 tonne excavators.
